  • Bank fund transfer: IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and UPI.
  • Payment gateway: Amex, MasterCard, RuPay, and Visa.
  • International payment: PayPal.

You can get your Order ID and Pin Code from the DSC application received in your email.

Upload documents (PAN e-KYC)

Applicable only for PAN-based paperless (e-KYC) DSC application.

Click here Upload documents if documents are not been uploaded. You just need to enter eKYC ID and eKYC PIN as entered in the DSC application. You need to upload the following documents:

  1. Applicant Photo ( Passport size resize tool ).
  2. PAN Card.
  3. Address Proof as per the application.

Upload documents (ORG e-KYC)

Applicable only for organization paperless (e-KYC) DSC application.

Click here Upload documents if documents are not been uploaded. You just need to enter eKYC ID and eKYC PIN as entered in the DSC application. You need to upload the following documents:

  1. Applicant Photo ( Passport size resize tool ).
  2. Applicant PAN or Aadhaar.
  3. Authorized signatory ID.
  4. Firm PAN.
  5. Tax registration or Incorporation certificate.
  6. Firm bank statement (3-months) or GSTR-3B filing copy.
  7. Authorization Letter or Board resolution.

Record video

Click here Record video if video has not been recorded. You just need to enter Order ID and Pin Code as entered in the DSC application to record a video.

Video recording is required as it satisfies the 'In Person Verification' for issuing Individual/Organization Class-2 or Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).

E-Sign DSC application

Applicable only for paperless (e-KYC) DSC application. E-Signing paperless DSC application form using Aadhaar OTP is a mandatory step.

Click here E-Sign DSC application if paperless DSC application has not been E-signed. You just need to enter Order ID and Pin Code as entered in the DSC application to E-Sign the DSC application.

On E-Sign verification page, enter your eKYC ID and eKYC pin. Click on 'Send OTP' button. Enter OTP to E-Sign your paperless DSC application.

Download DSC

Download DSC using Cash Solution software. Click here Cash solution v3 to download installer. After download, double click the installer and follow the instructions.

How it works (e-KYC)

The e-KYC process is completely paperless. Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC is used to verify the identity and address proofs. You can obtain the Individual Class 3 paperless Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) by following these easy steps.

PAN-based paperless e-KYC

For PAN-based paperless e-KYC, you need to upload three documents (1) Applicant photo. (2) ID proof. (3) Address proof. You are also required to show original documents (PAN and Address proof) in video recording verification.

Step 1:

  • Select an Individual Class 3 DSC - Buy DSC Online.
  • If you already have Capricorn CA e-KYC account, then go to Step 3.
  • Click here Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC to create Aadhaar e-KYC ZIP file.
  • Do remember Aadhaar e-KYC 4-characters Share Code.

Step 2:

  • Complete a paperless DSC application form. (1) Upload Aadhaar ZIP file and enter Aadhaar e-KYC 4-characters Share Code. (2) PAN number is mandatory for Income Tax Returns (ITR) filing. (3) Enter Aadhaar linked Mobile and Email.
  • Create new eKYC ID (alphanumeric and min 4-characters, e.g abcd1234) and new eKYC PIN (6-digits numeric number, e.g 654321). Do remember eKYC ID and eKYC PIN.
  • Click on the Get OTP button. Enter OTP to complete the eKYC process.
  • Aadhaar / PAN name mismatch: You can skip entering PAN in this step. You have an option to enter PAN on the next page.
  • Click on the Process & Pay button to make payment.

Step 3:

  • If you already have Capricorn CA e-KYC account, then select the Existing Capricorn eKYC option.
  • Enter your Capricorn CA eKYC ID and eKYC PIN. Click on the Get OTP button. Enter OTP to complete the eKYC process.
  • Click on the Process & Pay button to make payment.

Step 4:

  • Authenticate yourself by recording a short video through a link shared via email and show the original documents (PAN and Address proof).
  • Download your DSC to existing USB eToken or Buy HyperPKI HYP2003 DSC USB Token.
  • Start e-Signing.

How it works (ORG e-KYC)

The organization e-KYC process is completely paperless. You just need to upload and show the organization documents in a video recording to complete the e-KYC. You can obtain the paperless Organization Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) by following these easy steps.

GST-based paperless e-KYC

For GST-based paperless e-KYC you need to upload either a 3-months Bank statement or GSTR-3B filing copy not older than 3-months.

Step 1:

  • Select an Organization Class 3 DSC - Buy DSC Online.
  • Select e-KYC for Authorized Signatory option. It is mandatory for an authorized person of the organization to first complete the e-KYC and obtain the DSC.
  • Other employees of the organization can apply for DSC by selecting the e-KYC for Employee option.

Step 2:

  • Complete a simple online DSC application form. (1) Enter applicant name in the Name field (do not enter firm name here). (2) Enter either applicant PAN or firm PAN number. PAN is mandatory for Income Tax Returns (ITR) filing.
  • Click on the Get OTP button. Enter OTP to complete the eKYC process.
  • Click on the Process & Pay button to make payment.

Step 3:

  • Click here Upload Documents to upload ID proof and Organization proof.
  • ID Proof: (1) Applicant PAN or Aadhaar. (2) Authorized signatory ID.
  • Organization Proof: (1) Firm PAN. (2) Tax registration or Incorporation certificate. (3) Firm bank statement (3-months) or GSTR-3B filing copy.
  • Authorization Proof: (1) Authorization Letter or Board resolution.

Step 4:

  • Authenticate yourself by recording a short video through a link shared via email and show the original organization documents uploaded in Step 3.
  • Download your DSC to existing USB eToken or Buy HyperPKI HYP2003 DSC USB Token.
  • Start e-Signing.
